A note on image processing
CAMERA OBJECT 01 uses a simple, intentionally rudimentary image-processing system. In certain lighting conditions — particularly dim, warm or mixed artificial light — you may notice shifts in colour, exposure or occasional flickering when recording video.
These behaviours are characteristic of the camera’s imaging system and are not necessarily indicative of a defective unit. CAMERA OBJECT 01 is designed primarily around the character and spontaneity of still images rather than technically perfect image or video reproduction.

WARRANTY & PRODUCT CARE
Camera Object 01 comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal use.
It does not cover damage caused by accidents, drops, impact, water or moisture, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised modification or repair, or normal cosmetic wear.
As Camera Object 01 uses a transparent housing, small cosmetic variations may naturally be more visible than on an opaque product and do not necessarily affect the function of the camera.
If you experience an issue, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or videos may be requested to help us assess the issue.
International Warranty Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Only Once for inspection.
Confirmed manufacturing defect: Only Once will repair or replace the product at our discretion and cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Damage not covered under warranty: The customer is responsible for any applicable repair costs and return shipping.
No fault found: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please contact hello@onlyonce.studio before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return arrangements may vary by country due to shipping restrictions applicable to lithium batteries.
